Therapy Services

Individual Therapy

Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we’ll work on building practical coping strategies, reshaping unhelpful thought patterns, and developing emotional regulation skills.

You’ll gain the tools to navigate life’s difficulties, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

Couples Therapy

Using evidence-based approaches, including The Gottman Method, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and foster deeper understanding.

Whether you're navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or facing the complexities of raising children—including the unique challenges of parenting neurodivergent kids—we’ll work together to develop tools that support both your relationship and your family.

Trauma-Focused Therapy

Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—a highly effective, evidence-based approach—I help clients process and heal from past experiences that may be keeping them stuck.  Unresolved trauma can impact the way you think, feel, and interact with the world. EMDR works by targeting distressing memories and helping the brain reprocess them in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. This approach can be particularly beneficial for those struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and lingering effects of past trauma.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not process insurance directly. I am able to provide monthly statements that, in many cases, you are able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you want to know how much your insurance will reimburse you, it is best to call your insurance carrier directly and ask about out-of-network reimbursement rates for psychotherapy.

  • Yes, I do reserve space in my caseload for clients whose financial circumstances warrant reduced fees. This can be discussed in our free consultation.

  • No, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I do not prescribe medication.  However, I work closely with many psychiatrists and am happy to make a referral and work collaboratively with them on your treatment plan.
